Real Estate Dividends Frequently Asked Questions:

Who is eligible to participate? Anyone associated with the Alpha Phi Foundation including members, employees, friends, family & donors.

How does it work? SIMPLE! Call Real Estate Dividends 1-800-962-8801 and a dedicated coordinator is assigned to guide you through the program.

What does it cost to participate? It's FREE. There are no administrative or participation costs to you or the Alpha Phi Foundation - the rebate is agent funded.

How many times can you use the Real Estate Dividends program? There is no limit to usage. The program may be used each time you buy or sell real estate, just call 1-800-962-8801 each time to register.

Can Real Estate Dividends be used anywhere in the United States? The program is available, although rebates are prohibited in a few states. A Real Estate Dividends coordinator can provide you with additional information.

What would keep someone from enjoying the benefits of Real Estate Dividends? Being currently registered in another cash back program, involved in a corporate sponsored relocation, committed to a real estate firm by listing agreement, buyer broker agreement or ratified sales agreement would prohibit eligibility.

What if I have more questions? If you have questions or need additional information, contact Real Estate Dividends at 800-962-8801, visit us online at www.realestatedividends.com or contact Molly Sabatino from the DuPage Valley Alumnae Chapter at 630-345-7486.
